Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Staffs are very friendly and offered us the drink when we arrived. The bed was so comfy, breakfast also excellent, especially the staffs lady at the breakfast always checking everything is okay? 😊

The waiter is very sweet & efficient. View is magnificent, drinks and snacks excellent. Perfect place to have a spritz and watch the boat action on the grand canal. It does get busy, if you want a waterfront table come early.
Great hotel without all the drab, old Venetian interiors (dark wood and drapery). Location is fab and the rooftop bar is a must visit. Just wish they would continue to allow climate control in the room in the colder months. We LOVE a cold room when we sleep. The only way to achieve a modicum of that in November is to leave the windows open (they have screens thank gawd). We've been at this hotel at a warmer time and the AC worked great. They just switch it off at a certain point. Boo!
My husband and I stayed here with our 6 month old and we greatly enjoyed our 4 day stay! We stayed in a suite and we had a beautiful view of the grand canal on two walls. The staff was so kind and helpful always saying hello to our baby and remembering her name and making us feel at home. The Rooftop bar is great and we loved getting to know Federico! Our baby girl loved him and he always went out of his way to say hello to us. Food, staff, location were all perfect, can’t recommend enough!
